Our sister agency, Insure Pacific, has just opened a brand-new office on the westside of Bend, Oregon. This is a big moment for all of us, and we want to take a minute to celebrate it and tell you what it means for the people we serve across Central Oregon.

A New Home at Embark Bend

Insure Pacific's new Westside Bend location is situated inside the Embark shared space building at 2843 NW Lolo Drive — a vibrant co-working community in the heart of Bend's growing westside. The new office gives Insure Pacific a physical presence right where so many of their Bend clients live and work, making it easier than ever to sit down face-to-face with a licensed agent who knows Central Oregon inside and out.

For those who may not know, Insure Pacific and Prineville Insurance are sister agencies — two locally owned, independent insurance agencies that have been serving Central Oregon together since 1935. We share the same values, the same commitment to our clients, and the same belief that insurance is a relationship business. When Insure Pacific grows, we all grow.

Monica Elsom, Owner and Principal Agent of both Insure Pacific and Prineville Insurance, shared her excitement about the new office — and what she is already hearing from clients walking through the door.

"We are excited that we've opened our Bend office. We're already seeing a great reaction to it. We've been in business for over 91 years in Central Oregon, so the space may be new but we've had solid relationships in Bend already, so we're just trying to build on that. I'm seeing a lot of opportunity, and we're also gaining a lot of customers who are frustrated and can't talk to their agent anymore and are being casually passed off to a service center."

As Monica puts it: "It's been a growing issue that these big financial firms are buying up the smaller agencies, so you're not getting that local attention and customer service that you really paid your agent for in the first place. We're here, we're local and we have a full staff, so I wanted to expand on that."
