Depending on the form, these can include your name, email, telephone number, street address or city and ZIP code, requested coverage, business or bond details, policy number, service request, and message. Inquiry records can also contain the source page, creation and update times, staff notes, assignment, and processing status. Street addresses can be included in quote notifications even when they are not stored in a separate address field in the website database.

Provide only information needed for the request. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, medical records, or unnecessary policy or claim details through a general website message or AI chat. Contact the agency for an appropriate way to provide sensitive documents. These forms request follow-up; they do not bind coverage or establish that a carrier has accepted an application.

Browsing and technical information

Hosting, network, and content-delivery services process request information needed to deliver the website, which can include IP address, browser details, requested resource, and time of access. These recipients process operational inquiry information, not just anonymous usage counts. Acceptance by the website does not by itself confirm that every relay or email was delivered.

Information may be provided to insurance carriers or service partners as needed for the insurance or service request, and disclosed as permitted or required by applicable law. Agency staff can export inquiry records for operational use, creating copies outside the website database. Production service enablement, approved recipients, the agencies’ legal relationship, provider contracts, and access arrangements require agency-owner confirmation; this notice does not assert unverified confidentiality certifications or contractual guarantees.

AI Assistant and Contact Handoff

The website assistant is an AI assistant, not a live conversation with Monica or another human agent. Questions and prior messages included in the conversation are sent through the Prineville Insurance backend to an external AI service gateway to generate a response. Opening the chat is not the same as submitting a contact inquiry. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect; confirm coverage and service decisions with the agency.

If you request agent follow-up through the chat, your contact details and message are processed as an inquiry. Review the chat’s transcript-inclusion choice before sending: a conversation you choose to attach is included in the inquiry and can reach the database, shared contact system, and agency notifications. Clearing the conversation on your device does not retract messages already sent to the AI service or delete existing inquiry or notification copies.

The AI gateway’s downstream providers, training use, human-review practices, retention, and deletion procedures need owner and provider confirmation. We do not promise that AI messages are never stored, never reviewed, or automatically erased when the chat closes. Keep questions general and avoid the sensitive information listed above.

Optional Analytics and Browser Storage

The website retains integrations for Google Analytics and Manus analytics. Optional measurement is off by default and is limited to the public production Prineville Insurance host after you allow it. Manus measurement uses approved page identifiers without query strings or fragments, a fixed agency page title, screen information, and visit-related service identifiers. External referrers are not forwarded by the website’s optional measurement helper. Some pages, including administrative, authentication, claims/service, and unreviewed routes, are excluded from optional measurement.

Google Analytics is paused pending owner review of its automatic user-provided-data and enhanced-measurement settings. The website measurement helper does not extract names, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, policy numbers, messages, transcripts, or hashes of those values for analytics. If a website inquiry is accepted while optional analytics are allowed, an accepted-inquiry event contains only a fixed form category in addition to minimized page/device information. Its local duplicate-prevention token is not sent to analytics. An accepted inquiry is not the same as a qualified lead, a completed application, or a delivered email.

Your analytics choice is stored locally in this browser. Local session storage is also used to avoid duplicate inquiry measurements and repeated recovery reloads. Authenticated administrative features may use login cookies and local authentication state; these are separate from optional public analytics. Removing browser storage does not delete agency inquiry records or copies held by providers. Provider identifier behavior and retention must be confirmed with the agency and vendors; usage measurement should not be described as collecting no personal information.

Privacy Choices and Do Not Sell or Share Requests
