Conformance Status

• Dropdown ARIA attributes — all mega-menu triggers include aria-haspopup, aria-expanded, and aria-controls
• Carousel announcements — homepage slide changes are announced through a polite live region, and carousel controls have accessible names
• Form labels — the shared Get In Touch form uses visible <label> elements with explicit htmlFor/id associations
• Accessible contact paths — phone, email, and text-message actions are provided in shared contact areas
• Pinch-zoom enabled — the viewport meta tag does not restrict user scaling
• Keyboard and focus support — shared navigation includes visible focus treatment, and the skip link and carousel controls can be reached by keyboard
• Non-render-blocking fonts — Google Fonts load asynchronously to avoid blocking page rendering

Known Limitations

• Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to update these documents.
• Some video content may not have captions. We are working to add captions to all video content.

• We are continuing to audit older templates, images, forms, and shared interactive controls for complete accessibility coverage.
